Have you had the pleasure of experiencing Peruvian cuisine? If you appreciate expertly seasoned dishes and meticulously prepared portions bursting with the distinctive flavors of Peru, then Rocotos Grill is a must-try. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a delightful meal there today, and we're already making plans to return soon.

We headed to @rocotosgrill for lunch today.
There were 2 tables of Spanish-speaking families, so it was promising. Dad had Mango Juice (a very tall drink), Hubby had Topo Chico, and I had the well-made Pisco Sour Passion Fruit.
We started off with Ceviche de Pescado (fish).
I liked this dish but hubby felt it was too vinegary.
We shared the 1/4 Pollo a la Brasa (rotisserie chicken), Tamales, and Aji de Gallina (creamed shredded chicken).
The Peruvian food was authentic, but on the salty side.
The best was the ending with the Alfajores, which is a Peruvian shortbread with dulce de leche.
If I wasn't so full, I would've eaten 5 more.

This was our first time having Peruvian food.
It did not disappoint!! Everything was so good.
The restaurant is small but really nice and clean.
Our waitress Maylin was very patient and helpful with educating us on all their dishes.
We will be going back again soon
