The service was great as always, but unfortunately the fris seems like they are losing their touch.
Fries were over cook and hard.

Came in for the first time in a long time, and I must say the employees here are the best! Tom has the place looking spotless.
While I was here a little girl fell in the playground and started crying , the workers quickly came to help and brought her and ice pack without the parents needing to ask.
These guys go above and beyond ! Oh and the food was delicious !

In summer of 2023, I decided to get breakfast before work.
I was pregnant at the time and experienced hunger as if I hadn’t eaten in days! I was in the drive thru line and just about to order when one of the employees motions me to move forward.
Another employee was moving an order cart to the lane to prepare for the day while the other was motioning me to move forward and get out of the way.
I proceeded to inch further and further away from the intercom and when I did not move far enough the employee rudely stated, “You need to move, we cannot get past your car.
Don’t you see us trying to get through?” At this point I became frustrated as I had not ordered and was beginning to get hungrier (hangrier).
I waited for a few minutes before officially moving to the pickup lane because I felt bad for holding up the line.
As I got to the window, another employee asked for my name and I explained that I hadn’t ordered since I was rudely motioned forward without placing an order.
Because my emotions were everywhere at the time, I could not compose myself and began crying! I believe the manager stepped in and began consoling me and making me feel understood.
They took great care of me and never once made me feel like an inconvenience.
I was very appreciative of the service after the fact one of their employees treated me that way.
I still laugh at the fact that I cried over not being able to order a spicy chicken biscuit!
