I lost a tip when delivering due to your policy. I understand you want to guarantee freshness but you can't wait for a driver to arrive to begin the order. Drivers beware.

Look, I literally work 20 seconds from you maybe even less.
When I take my 30 min lunch it shouldn't take almost the whole break to get my food.
Especially when you aren't even busy.
The service and friendliness was great, but time management is terrible.
It was even a mobile order.
The ones that work in the area and come for lunch or dinner shouldn't have to take their whole break to get food.
Just saying!!

I work in the shopping center close to the store.
I get a 30 minute lunch.
I use the app to save money, but they are constantly so slow that I barely have time to eat.
Today, I spent my entire lunch waiting to get to the window to get my food and still was not able to get it when my lunch was over.
I had to return to my 9 hour shift without eating.
When I called to speak with manager, the person answering the phone apparently has not been trained how to answer a business phone.
They couldn’t care less about the issue.
It’s fast food, but it’s poor management leading even poorer staff.
And this is not a 1 time problem.
It constantly happens at this location.
