Gave me burgers with very old patties had to throw them out my kids wouldn't touch em after the first bite. I swear it's always something...I thought the Easton Location would have better quality!! I was wrong!
Team had good rhythm and running a silent kitchen.Well ex well executed.Nice job!
Ordered a latte on the app about 10 minutes before I arrived.Waited 4 minutes for the car in front of me.Was told to pull up to the 3rd window since latte was still not ready.Waited at the 3rd window for 5 minutes before someone told me the latte machine was down.I then left (had to go to work) and tried to call the store to get a refund.No one answered the phone after multiple tries.Terrible service, terrible communication, no refund.
