Great pub atmosphere, well decorated, nicely kept up with.
Service was fantastic.
If the food was halfway decent, we'd be regulars. We were excited about the open faced pot roast with mashed potatoes, what a let down.
The roast beef was devoid of flavor and rubbery like it had been microwaved.
Mashed potato felt and tasted like it was from powder.
Gravy tasted funny and didn't make either better. Catfish was thin pieces that were overly crisp on the outside but the inside was not cooked all the way through.
They did comp the catfish without me asking so that was good. Squash casserole was pretty good.

When I just want classic American food this is my go to.
The food is good and reasonably priced.
The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is great.
They don't do it fancy here, just good simple food.
Great place for families and for something quick if you're hungry.

I'm a sucker for meatloaf.
Don't judge! Anyway, came here for lunch and tried a meatloaf sandwich and the key lime pie.
I have both again (actually have a pretty good cake and pie selection).
Good food in basically your wood paneled living room.
