I'm always in a hurry when I'm on this side of town, but this time I wasn't so I stopped in to check this Vietnamese joint out.
I ordered the bun bo hue and an iced Thai tea. Pros: 1.
Presentation of the food was nice.
Soup was steaming and the tea looked cool before I stirred it. 2.
Prices were decent. 3.
Service was good and friendly. 4.
The quality of ingredients was good.
I liked the meats and the meatball was yummy. Cons: 1.
The broth was lacking depth and felt like it was missing something.
My brain was ready for a pho + tom yum remix based on the description on the menu but it was not that.
I ended up adding salt and the house chili oil which seemed mild as well (I bought some of the oil to try again at home). 2.
Food was not spicy. 3.
This is a cash-only establishment.
There is an ATM in the back that charges $3.99 for withdrawals. Overall, I would eat here again but I'd try something different and I'd bring cash instead of paying the high ATM fee.

Had Beef rare pho.
Reason for four stars is this.
The toppings for two of us were on the same side plate.
Need to have one plate with each bowl ordered.
Trying to split it with another person was awkward.
😬 Overall it is a nice place to eat.

It is my first time here.
I normally don’t really like the vermicelli noodle but decided to try after seeing a lot of good reviews about it.
Their vermicelli noodle with pork and egg roll is out of the world.
Never have this one this delicious before.
Highly recommend.
It is very important to note that this is a CASH-ONLY restaurant so make sure bring cash.
I was a bit skeptical when entering the area where the restaurant is located but so far I had no issue with anything.
The restaurant itself is clean and organized.
The staffs are very energetic and friendly.
Will definitely come back again.
