Went in the morning at breakfast hours.
Placed a big order for the amount of people in my truck an the cashier was nice an had patience.
I paid an got to the second window, I'm just knowing it's gonna be missing some items but nope it was all done fast an to expectations an fresh .

I am NOT one to post a negative comment/review, but rather speak with management personally.
Unfortunately, it was the Manager who was very unprofessional (in case the shift has changed - it’s the manager guy from this morning 2/21/24) - you know who you are.
Professionalism, courtesy, consideration, and communication is pivotal to customer service.
Until your registers are completely phased out then the polite thing to do is take the customer order and NOT yell across the counter to use the kiosk.
Remember the treatment you’d like to receive and practice it!

I never write reviews but this is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to, hands down.
I waited 40 minutes for food that I didn’t even get because they “lost my order”.
When I showed receipts they acted clueless.
Y’all are rude.
