I started off with the lentil soup ($17), which the waiter said was the special of the day.It was good, but nothing special, meaning that I have had much better before elsewhere.My main course was grilled salmon ($36.50) that came with mustard sauce, which I asked to be served on the side.The salmon was grilled to the way I like it, medium-rare, as requested.It was good but nothing special.A nice feature I noticed was the way they celebrate a guest's birthday.It seems to be a recorded happy birthday recording that they play that can be heard throughout the whole restaurant.
Our waiter Davide was super friendly and attentive. The food is well-prepared, and the portions are ample. We enjoyed our dinner.

Growing up in a very Italian family it’s not always easy finding a true authentic Italian restaurant.Parma Nuova is absolutely authentic.The food was amazing and the service is top notch! Thank you for a great experience.We will definitely be back!
