Excellent location in Times Square ideal for a quick bite after a show.
It was somewhat crowded but we were given a great booth.
Food is always comforting and great.
Service is good, even though there were too few waiters for a overcrowded restaurant.
They have three levels.
An extension to the restaurant on the second floor with great views, and a bar pn the third.
Don't know why been fully packed they didn't open the upper floors.
Loved one can pay one's bill over the phone just by scanning a QR code.

Since January 2024 I’ve came here on and off .
I’m a big fan of Applebee’s and this one’s okay but gray in some areas.
Food and drinks 🍹 taste fresh , served in a decent amount of time.
Atmosphere is clean inside and out including the restroom.
However, the waitresses and other staff members seemed distracted on there phone’s giving an impression that we are bothering them.
Especially , on the second floor from the voice tone to body language doesn’t give a bright energy to want to stay there.
I would return for future service with low expectations

Pretty much what you expect from an Applebee's.
Acceptable drinks from the bar plus standard bar food.
Slow service.
Then add shrieking kids and you've got the idea.
This location is no different than any other.
I only stopped in because it was pouring out and it was the closest choice for lunch to my hotel, but trust me, there are far far better choices.
