Maple & Ash is truly a gem in Chicago! ✨ We visited for the "Tower Hour" happy hour and were blown away by the Fire-Roasted Seafood Tower - it's served warm with an incredible smokiness that’s a standout dish. The Tuna Tartare was incredibly fresh, and the cozy yet trendy atmosphere made our evening special.
Our server was genuinely friendly, turning our meal into a delightful experience. Although it's on the pricier side, it’s perfect for celebrating special moments. I can't wait to return for a full dinner! 🍽️✨
