All the hype for this restaurant did not disappoint. Seafood tower is a must. It’s the best thing on the menu aside from the steaks.We normally do not order seafood tower because it’s served cold.Not from here. It’s got steamed and served warm with smokiness that just adds to the flavor. This place is also good for any type of celebration since they do offer birthday sign on a menu that you can bring home. It’s on the pricier side but great for special night outs.

Katherine and I went to Maple & Ash for the “Tower Hour” Happy Hour, and it did not disappoint.The service was exceptional and accessible.The staff was friendly and not pretentious. The Fire-Roasted Seafood Tower was very good and the chili oil and garlic butter it was prepared with was delicious and non-spicy.We also ordered a recommended side of a pasta to go with it (which is a petite portion). When you mix in the pasta with the chili oil admixture and seafood it is absolutely delicious. The Tuna Tartare was some of the freshest and finest we have ever tasted. We loved the decor of Maple & Ash, and we look forward to dining in the main dining room for dinner on a future visit. When you enter Maple & Ash off of Maple St., there is a bar on the first floor.If you walk all the way straight ahead, you will go to an elevator (on the left side) where there is staff waiting to greet you and verbally guide you to go up to the third floor to the cozy bar area and or the main dining room which is right next to it.

This is one of my favorite places in the country to eat.The food is nothing less then amazing! Not to mention the drink are next level! I took my lovely wife here on our micro honeymoon and the experience was everything we could have wanted.If you find yourself traveling to Chicago. Book yourself a table! You won't be disappointed!
