First, customer service was awesome.
Being this was my first visit here, she was very helpful in explaining my options and what was really good here.
I had a whiting fish dinner with potato salad, collard greens, fries, and cornbread.
The whiting was very tasty, and the collards were almost as good as mama's (nobody beats mama).
It was a good-sized plate and really hit the spot.
This is a family owned business that has great potential for expansion.
I met with the hostess and the chef, and just to have that down-home feeling of family makes it even better.
This is truly a hidden gem that everyone needs to try.

I’ve been having a taste for soul food so I ordered from here for the first time today on DoorDash.
I give it a solid 5/10.
The food was fair.
I only got a turkey drumstick that was smothered.
I wish I could’ve got the wing as well.
But it was still a good proportioned meal.
Still wanted that wing though.
The mac and cheese could’ve been better but it wasn’t the worse.
The yams need improvement.
It looks like it was blended in a blender and tasted like sugar and cinnamon was added to it.
And I got a piece of cornbread with it.
I also ordered a canned sprite separately.
So all in all I was satisfied because I finally got my soul food even though it could’ve been better.

I come to eat here every now and then to get my "fix" (iykyk).
This small restaurant is located inside a flea market.
I ordered two meals, was saving one for another day, but that wasn't happening.
I ate it all and I feel fat and disgusting, and I do it again ;) Also, for those complaining about not enough napkins, there are restrooms a few feet down the hall where you can wash your hands. FYI.
