Chanello's Pizza #5 Ghent

Service, poor.
Waited 20minites to be seen, then they aid it's coming up.
Waited another 15 minutes after showing up on time to pick up my order, mind you there was one guy ahead of me but he left about 2 minutes after I got there.
Didn't get my soda, pizza was cut the wrong way as if someone was checking to see if it was done.
Not one pizza but two.
Cookie, oh yum! Accept it wasn't even done all the way, my wife had to throw it back into the oven and I had to cut the pizza..
Only thing was right was the cheese bread.
Dude in th back should have pulled up his pants, serving making food no gloves..
No aprines or hair nets..
ABC, I recommend you show up to this place around 9:15pm-10pm.
This was very bad.
Worst part about this is that there was no one in the lobby! However..
People were nice.

I’ve visited this location many times and honestly i’ve never had any complaints until today’s.
I ordered a small cheese pizza which at first glance looked so gross.
The crust was flat, lumpy, and tastes weird.
I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and I wish I could get a refund.

I ordered cheese fries and the cheese was burnt, there was only enough fries to cover the bottom of the container, and the fries that were there weren't even food.
I got a cheese pizza, which isn't disgusting but did make me feel sick after 2 slices.
If I could compare it to anything, it would be chuck e cheese pizza.
First and last time ordering.
It's clear from these reviews that I should've just picked anything else.
