Wendy's

First of all, it's Wendy's.
It's a fast food restaurant.
But compared to other Wendy's, this one had really good food.
It had fast service and it had kiosks to order from.
The staff was really friendly and allowed you to order not from the kiosk if you just wanted to use cash.
It was a little dirty on the floor but I was also there during rush hour.
Overall I had a great experience, food was quick and the staff was friendly and it was pretty good! Also they had a come freestyle machine for drinks.

Well it all started when I went there and my daughter wanted barbecue sauce to go with her food when she got chicken nuggets fries and a burger okay so with that being said she wanted barbecue sauce., they say they didn't have any...
mind yall they got those saucy nuggets out...
Okay so the second time I went I ordered my daughter the same thing she wanted barbecue sauce my other niece ordered that too and she wanted honey mustard sauce and when I got to the window I said I'm going to need extra barbecue sauce and extra honey mustard sauce and I will pay the difference or pay whatever it is that I need to pay for the sources the lady told me no I can't pay for the sauces she has to satisfy as many customers as she can so she's going to hold on to the sauces I said well what makes me any different ..I got here first I'm willing to buy the sauces and pay for them why can't I get them she said ma'am I can give you a ranch but I can't give you none of the barbecue or honey mustard so I called the corporate office they said this should never have happened and that it will never happen again they wanted me to go up there while they was on the phone and do the same thing over again and see what happens I didn't do that because I was already going out to eat dinner with my husband make a long story short they said that shouldn't happen again I haven't been back yet but I plan on it

Another Wendy’s that offers truly poor service.
Ordered a large chili.
Got 3/4 of a container of chili.
They were out of crackers and out of all sauces.
On top of that, I got panhandled while trying to eat.
