I came through in the evening. The lead/senior workers were cussing at the employees. The ordering process was terrible. The order taker was rude and had a very sarcastic tone. My food was wrong.The person charged me for three trays when I ordered 2 but passed it off as the correct order by not giving me the 3rd drink.Not going back..The food was not even as good as other CookOuts.

Every time I go there they get my order wrong.This time instead of a burger they gave me chicken quesadillas.How do you mess an order up that much? They are always rushing me on the drive thru intercom even though I like to think I'm pretty speedy.I have no idea how this place is still in business if they can't get a single order right.

I used to love cookout..seems like every time I go, now, there's always something wrong.My grilled chicken was burnt..I mean so overcooked that it was stringy, chewy, and had a weird texture with a black top and bottom..completely black.They gave me literally 10 fries...for $10 I expect better.I'd give a 1 if it wasn't for the server who was super pleasant and polite.I tried to call the location to see of they would remake atheist the sandwiches but only to reach headquarters that won't answer..Spent $20 to end up going hungry.
