October 10, 2024Notova Cajun Kitchen is truly a delightful find! Tucked away in an office building, this place serves up some of the best gumbo I’ve tasted. The flavors are rich and comforting, striking that perfect balance without overwhelming heat.
I also tried their breakfast sandwiches, which were on point - hearty and delicious. The owner, Chazity, is incredibly personable, making the experience all the more memorable. I loved my visit and can’t wait to explore more of their menu... 🌟
