I use to like Captain D's but three strikes and I'm out.
This most recent time I ordered quite a bit of food.
The Mac and cheese was cold, like not even room temperature, but cold.
For the time we waited I was expecting the food to be piping hot.
The crab cake was burnt burnt and the coleslaw tasted like what I would imagine mop water to taste like and it was warm.
The lady who took my order was nice.
But yeah nah I spent almost $30 on some cold burnt mop water food.
I will definitely not spending my money at Captain D's anymore..oh and I found it quite odd that every time the drive thru cashier swiped someone's card she used her phone for something..could be nothing but I found it strange

We Love it! Staff is always friendly, fast and warm-hearted.
Our food comes to us hot and accurate, delivered with a smile.
They even take the time to check in on you to see how your enjoying it.

Had catfish, which was good and fried okra.
Really did enjoy the food but the dining room seemed kind of dark and run down - not unsanitary, but in need of a refresh.
Staff were polite and speedy.
