La Casita Mexican Grill is a hidden gem for quick cravings! 🌮 I recently stopped by and ordered their beef and bean burritos. The thick, fresh tortillas were fantastic, but a mix-up left out the queso. Despite this, the staff - especially Alex - handled it with professionalism.

The interior could use some sprucing up, as it's a bit dated, but it still has that delicious Mexican food aroma that pulls you in. The generous portions of chips and flavorful salsas were a delightful surprise! If you're in Colorado Springs, this spot is worth a visit for some solid Mexican fare...!
