I love Krispy Kreme.However I pre ordered and paid online and had to wait in a drive thru line that was long.When I arrived to the window after 15 minutes they just started my order and had to wait for coffee to brew.
Stopped at the Krispy Kreme on Pio Nono to purchase a dozen assorted.Got to the window and was immediately told there were no glazed donuts.I inquired what was available.Ignoring the employee's attitude, I ordered from what was available.I pay with cash and then told they don't have any change.I take my donuts and pull off.Something told me to pull over where I discover that I have stale donuts.I refuse to engage with the same employee so I'm waiting on a member of management to contact me.The Kreme filled are hard.
Ordered on DoorDash the doughnuts are nothing like they are supposed to be and taste old.One doughnut looked like someone put their finger in it.Our order had four wrong items.I always loved Krispy Kreme but after the past few experiences I can say we will not be ordering from this location again.
