Kaizen is a delightful gem in Knoxville! 🌟 The atmosphere is calm and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxed dinner. I kicked off my meal with the steamed buns, which were a must-try, showcasing incredible flavors. For the main course, the Fried Shrimp with Bang Bang Fried Rice and the Duck Noodle Soup were both satisfying and generously portioned.

While I wished for a tad more spice and depth in the dishes, the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a great introduction to Asian cuisine in the heart of the city! Can’t wait to come back for more... 😋
