I recently dined at Kabuto Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar and had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was casual yet trendy, with beautiful Japanese decor and a lovely Koi pond outside.
I opted for the Hibachi Pineapple and Chicken, which came with a delicious clear soup and salad dressed in ginger (very tasty!). The chef was entertaining and engaged us with tricks that made the meal even more enjoyable.
The sushi looked exquisite, and I couldn’t resist ordering some for dessert. All in all, it was a delightful evening - definitely worth a visit if you're in Charlotte! 🍣✨
