So lets get this straight you go up double on your price but make sure the standards are still trash….
Im so glad your employees want a raise cause they definitely deserve it with the care and quality food they present your customers with day in and day out 🙂🙂 I’m done with cookout 22$ for 2 hotdog trays of burnt nasty trash… shows how much those adults and kids in there deserve a raise!!

They got my whole order wrong.
I ordered a big double burger and got a plain bun with lettuce and tomato.

I arrived at least 40 to 50 minutes before close.
Granted they were going to close within the hour but there was MORE than enough time for issues to be addressed.
The whole point of fast food is to be fast.
Instead, we have people running the clock out.
When I arrived they were not that many people in line but that didn't stop 20 minutes going by and only two people received their orders.
They did maybe two more but completely ignored the second line ( this was the drive by and there were two lines).
If you don't have something just let people know so they can move on.
You can see them from the line, at one people were just standing around talking while the line built up.
At this point, 30 minutes has passed and they have the nerve to say they don't have something.
At least you could have said this 30 minutes before.
After 50 minutes theyve only helped 6 people.
Officially this was the worst ive seen at a fast food and I know they can get worst.
They suck.
