El Rincon Catracho Restaurant is a delightful hidden gem in Charlotte! 🌟 I stopped by for breakfast and was thrilled with my choice of Baleada #3 and Desayuno #1 - both were generously portioned and bursting with flavor!
The service was impressively fast and friendly, making the cozy atmosphere even more inviting. I also had the Honduran-style Carne Asada, which was simply amazing!
Don't let the modest sign fool you - this place deserves all the love for its authentic cuisine. I can’t wait to return to try their enchiladas and pollo con tajadas next time! Highly recommend! 😋🎉
