Let me first say we love Jack In The Box!!! We try to eat at one whenever we are near one.
My biggest complaint isn’t with the food or service but apparently a policy (whether set by corporate or the store) that seems very excessive and may very well keep us from returning.
I understand having to charge extra for sauces due to people over requesting and never using…..got it!!! But when I spend over $40 and only request 4 extra sauces (there are 4 of us), only to be told that they have to charge an extra $0.25 per sauce is excessive and ridiculous.
It is unfortunate.

First I want to say we normally stop here on our way to SC.
Today was the worse experience I have ever had at this location.
I got the Double bonus Jack it tasted like dish water.
The fries were cold.
I will not be back.
This was horrible.
Floor were sticky like they hadn't been mopped in a week the bathrooms were disgusting.
In the ladies room there was pee all over the floor and toilet was stopped up and the other stall had pee all over the seat that was dried.
U could tell that they have hadn't attention at all.

It was obviously short staffed.
Shame on management team.
Took 30 plus minutes to get thru the drive thru.
Time we made it up to the window, our food became cold waiting for us.
Employees were curtious, but you could tell over tasked.
I watched for several minutes the employee bagging our food.
Stop.
Take an order.
Then make our drinks.
Then we finally got to pay.
MORE staff needed.
