Kabuki Sushi is an absolute gem tucked away in a cozy condo! 🍣✨ The atmosphere is casual yet inviting, making it perfect for solo dining or family meals. During happy hour, I indulged in their half-off sake and delightful crab rangoon; both were fantastic! The sashimi combo and salmon poke just melted in my mouth - truly heavenly!

I also appreciated the attentive service; the owner ensured we felt right at home. Parking can be a bit tricky, and the entrance signage could use a boost, but don't let that deter you. This is hands down my favorite sushi spot in KC! I can't wait to return...!
