Every time I come to this Jimmy John's which hasn't been a lot except for recently I have been treated with nothing but kindness and Everyone is always in a good mood and I really appreciate it thank you

The staff here is super helpful friendly and ready to help no matter what the situation.
Today I ordered a big Vito for delivery but it never arived! I called to see what happened I was told my sandwich had been delivered! So I drove to the shop and by the time I got there a second sandwich was ready! After many unnecessary apologies for the error I said ,"oh well everybody makes mistakes " came home and enjoyed my meal with my lovely bride! Thank you for the great meal and service! We will be back soon!!

I ordered online for in-store pick up.
I had no idea that the restaurant was extremely busy— standing room only.
When I arrived, workers were feverishly preparing orders.
I was told that there were two orders of 100 sandwiches each, in addition to other regular orders.
I didn’t catch the name of the young man who seem to be in charge, he was very tall, soft-spoken (until he needed to call out a name for pick-up, and he plus other employees were very pleasant.
In fact, I don’t think I’m the only customer who noticed how well employees worked as a team in light of such large orders…because as people picked up their orders, they thanked the employees and told them to have a good day.
As did I.
Great job.
