What a great surprise.We've been looking around for a good Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurant to replace a previous favorite, and despite the less-than-great rating (currently at 4.3), the food was awesome.Our server was most attentive, informative, and fun.Best Tex-Mex we've had in Kansas City in a long time.
About 15 of us were there for a birthday gathering. One waitress took care of us, Rachel, and she was great.Orders taken promptly and accurately, and waters stayed filled.It took a little longer than usual to get our food, maybe so all could be served at once.We didn't mind since we were chatting it up.I got the chubby salad and it was (and always is) delicious.
Jalapeño Dip is always amazing. I always get the Jalapeño Dip Burrito with marinated pork.And usually always get a Chicken Sandwich to split with my husband.(The best chicken sandwich you will ever have I skip the cheese it comes with and use the Jalapeño Dip. They have the absolute best frozen strawberry margaritas.
