This is an old school diner run by Kim and her husband. If you like mimosas, Kim has a nice large glass for you.(they come in 2 sizes) Wings were crispy. Steak, egg and home fries were good. The steak had more fat than I like.My coffee cup was always full.Kim runs the front of the house and is such a wonderful person.
Restaurant selling diner-style food with very fast and friendly service.Really like the housemade hot sauce/ salsa verde.
Love Jim's! Been coming here for years and it's low key with great service and tasty, reasonably priced food. These kinds of spots are getting harder and harder to find in San Francisco and I've always had amazing, quick service and my go to is the chicken fried steak with soft scrambled eggs and hash browns and I rotate the type of toast i have based on my mood. With so many old school places closing around the city it's nice to have a go-to that's always there for you. Good, solid food and I actually really like the interior decor and vibe. Go by today and support this family owned business!
