So So..
ultimate porker sandwich was salty, very salty.
The young man working the register was was very nonchalant at best, he rang your order and gave you no directions after.
You had to find your own cups, additional snacks he gave no directions as to where to get them he didn’t even show you your ticket number.
You could get frustrated easily if you go here hungry.
The layout was very nice though inside and outside.

Love this particular location.
Whether I’m arriving in Baltimore hungry or leaving, it’s always there.
Friendly service, tidy restrooms, music while you eat, what more can you ask for.

My experience here has been terrible.
I placed and order for pickup an hour before closing, my order was confirmed and my card was charged, but when I got there 40 minutes before closing no one would pick up the phone and I could not submit via my confirmation email that I was there to pick up my food.
It looked like the store had just totally closed. Fast forward to now nearly three weeks, four calls to customer service, and two follow up emails later, and I still have not received a refund for my order I was charged for but never received.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
I’m definitely never ordering from this location again, and I don’t even think I will ever use the website to order either because all the company can do is call the branch and ask them to refund me which the branch can just ignore with no penalty.
Crazy.
