B&O American Brasserie is a delightful spot nestled in the historic Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Baltimore. 🌟

I visited for brunch and opted for the Chicken and Waffles while my friend enjoyed the French Toast. Both dishes were hearty and full of flavor, and the crispy chicken sausages were a delightful addition!

Our server, Jaymo, was exceptional, managing a busy shift with a smile and impeccable attention to detail. The decor is charming, with a nod to its railroad history, making for a cozy yet trendy atmosphere.

Don’t miss their happy hour - Matt, the bartender, crafts delicious drinks of the day! I’m definitely coming back... 🍽️✨
