I ordered an 18 piece catering pickup order box many many hours in advance , the receipt reflects this.
We received 6 uncut sandwiches and no mustard or Mayo packets.
The boxes are supposed to be sandwiches cut into thirds so it’s easier for a group to share.
Surprising incompetence from this store.

A little late with the order but realize was busy and had other stops.
However the lady answering the phone kept calling me mam with an attitude.
I was not giving her any kind of attitude.
Other than that everything was good.

After the last 5 orders were either missing the drink or chips or were twice delivered to the wrong house down the street (1412 instead of 1421) or took an hour and a half, I'm done.
I work in customer service so it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review.
I understand it's hard to get reliable people to work, but zero of my orders are correct.
