The employees didn't greet any customer picking up for app pick up.no customer service.They messed up my entire order.1 swiss and mushrooms wasn't grilled in was raw mushrooms on on bread.The other swiss and mushroom giant has almost nothing on it and what was undercooked, and mushrooms tasted dirty.The Big Kahuna sandwich barely any meat on it it, and was supposed to be mike's way, but it was lacking everything that makes it mike's way.All of the sandwiches were covered in grease and way undercooked.It looked like they need to learn to clean their surfaces.My son thought his tastes different a little weird he thought it was missing vinegar and ate it.He was sick shortly after finishing eating.I tried to eat my sandwich and it tasted like raw meat and old burn pieces most likely from the improper cleaning of the cooking surface.We had to throw everything out.Attempted to call to get this dealt with, employee seemed to pick up and hang up the phone immediately 3 time from different numbers.I'll give them a day or so to get in contact with me from the contact form.Corporate offer shore points, or contacting the owner.I am waiting to see if owner contacts back.According to other reviews I am not hopeful they will respond.So I will most likely have to dispute the 70 dollar charge.
Horrible Customer service. I went in and I was nice they had a lot of orders. I understood. The guy was touching all over everything (The register, the counter, and his face). I asked him to change his gloves and he got so upset. Then I made a mistake and asked him for Olives (When I meant onions) and he was so rude and said WE DON'T HAVE OLIVES. Then asked him for extra lettuce and tomato and gave me the stuff that was old. I just walked out.And I bet you. He'll say it was me and I there was no need for that.This Jersey Mike's is bad. I understand that you guys were busy but I was nice and didn't do anything. Please train or at least acknowledge your customers about the issues. Because the reviews for the past couple of months are bad. They always have an attitude for no reason

This store closes early all the time.Open till 9? Try door locked and employees goofing off at 7.Or, if they forget to lock the door, when you walk in they shout they are out of bread.At 5pm on a Saturday? No bread? So if you manage to find the door unlocked, and they aren't "out of bread" expect to wait forever for a cold sandwich no matter how dead the place is.This store has been in shambles now for years.I'm giving up.
