Really good Tonkotsu Ramen, the broth was delicious as were the noodles, star of the show was the Chashu, going to order next time.
So good! Spicy Tuna Roll was good but nothing special, will definitely be back for Ramen.

There was a 50 minute wait at Yutaka so we came here.
No wait and the food was absolutely worth it.
The nigiri was tender, the right temperature, and the rice was the perfect texture.
Crab Rangoon were delicious though the sauce it came with was a touch too sweet for me.
My wife's Spider roll was delicious and my Tonkatsu was 4.5 stars.
I loved the broth, the chashu was second to none, and they have the mushrooms I love! I did feel my noodles were a touch overcooked and there were a lot of them.
I personally prefer the bouncy egg noodles over the tender slippery noodles here.
But the flavor more than makes up for it. One negative was that for as few customers as were present, the bathroom should have been much cleaner.
