Sergio rang me up, but had to refund the online order my husband made as I was driving there to order due to the phones NOT being answered.I asked if they were having trouble and Sergio blamed it on their internet not working properly.I’d believe it, if it was the first time we haven’t been able to get through.My husband called to tell me he ordered online also so I jumped up to tell them not to make both orders.Sergio got an attitude and said “ok” with a nasty facial expression.Then I get home and the cheese is all to one side of the sub and not even melted.They took two minutes to make it and made it poorly with bad service to boot.This was an extra large sub so picture shown is only 1/2 of it.Normally we have good luck here, but it was so bad I decided to take the time to write this review.Looking at the cook, he only had one other ticket up beside mine and no one in the waiting area.

Not sure what is going on but the two guys behind the counter have very poor customer service.And it was from the very beginning.Very short and just rude.I usually will not say nothing but when they treated certain people nicer than me and my coworker.....not cool.

Overall, I really like Jersey’s Mikes as a brand but this location has some work to do.This is a new location so I’m giving them a little grace.I’ve ordered online 4 separate times and all 4 times something was wrong.Twice I was missing a sandwich and twice my sandwiches were not made to order.I’m not a Karen so I didn’t say anything but I think it’s fair to just advise anyone to just go in and order if you want to make sure your sandwiches are correct.They don’t pay attention to specific requests on online orders.So be aware that if you order online, at least one of your sandwiches will be wrong.Otherwise, they are very delicious.
