Let's start with the obvious: delicious food and plenty of options in a clean and comfortable dining environment.
They get you in quickly so that you can enjoy your meal, but they aren't rushing you out the door to turn a table.
The sushi is good quality, not the stuff that tasted like it was made the night before and set out the next day.
My drink glass has never gone empty the half-dozen or so times I've eaten here in the past year.
Always good.
Always consistent.

The food is very flavorful.
Sometimes you may have a few things that are slightly bad but overall the food here is great.
The restaurant is clean and features nice decorations.
The staff are friendly and efficient in restocking trays of food when they are empty.
This is my go to Buffet in the Charlotte area, as well as my go to place for Asian food.

The foods here are below standard Asian buffet fare.
There are a couple of things on the buffet that are decent but not many at all.
There is nothing on that buffet that makes me want seconds other than their black pepper chicken.
The staff was very friendly and the place was clean but I couldn't get past the food.
The sweet tea was indeed delicious, but I don't think I could actually go back.
