My goodness! I'm writing this review as I'm waiting in the drive through.
It's utterly ridiculous.
It's been 30 minutes and my order hasn't been taken.
Here's the kicker.
Once you're in the drive through.
It's designed that you have to wait due to an obvious staffing problem which is an indication of either poor leadership, management and/or pay which is why you can't hire and retain employees.
Shame! And uhhh yeah, what I wanted wasn't available as well.

Placed a mobile pickup order...
In the app that specifically offered pickup as an option, but the dining room was locked and shut down during normal business hours.
I understand staffing shortages but it’s a little ridiculous to have the mobile pickup signs out if it’s not available, they looked like they had wheels on the sign bases.

Absolutely horrible.
I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.
Someone finally acknowledged me and asked if I was placing an order or picking up.
I said placing and she said ok.
I am not from this area so I was unaware of their ordering process.
Terrible service and this location needs to be closed.

Reservations
