Buffalo Wild Wings

I learned early on after moving to Charlotte that if a place isn’t busy during meal times there is probably a problem.
As you can see in my video taken at 530 on a Saturday night, this wing place was not busy.
The positive is that food was good.
As soon as you walk in it smells like old carpet.
We were promptly waited on but once our food was delivered after waiting a bit I got up and went to the register to get more sauce.
Then a bit later once I assumed our waiter had left and our drinks had long since been empty,I asked another worker if they could find our server.
They came out and refilled our drinks soon after.
One worker there had their pants and an unacceptable low level for working in a food establishment.
I don’t care to see that much underwear while eating.
Both bathrooms appeared pretty clean and I know that because both doors were propped wide open the whole time.
Parking was decent and in a busy location.
Plenty of variety on the multitude of tvs.
There is an area to eat outside.
The atmosphere rating of a 2 is only because of the smell.

Several complaints, Did an online pickup order so wasn’t expecting much interaction with the staff, just in and out.
When we got there, none of the staff members batted an eye at us and continued to walk right past us several times without asking if we were here to pick up.
On top of that, the order was 30 minutes late from the promise time. Secondly, the order was completely wrong.
We ordered TWO buffalos, and only one was made correctly.
The other was just plain chicken without any sauce. I never like to “Karen” any businesses, but this is unacceptable.
Management should be held accountable.
We paid for a service and this is what we get in return.
Please take your money elsewhere and do not eat here.

So, my wife and I have been coming here since we were kids and this place first opened.
We always periodically come here at least once or twice a year.
And it had been close to two since we had been back. The experience...
was awful.
I'm not sure when they started the scan the scan code for the menu and place your order thing, but I'm not a fan. The food was alright at best.
My burger was dry and super bland, the nachos were awful, and the strawberry lemonade we both ordered was like drinking syrup. The other issue I have with the scan and order aspect, is that we ordered and appetizer and it came out AFTER our meals. The server was fine, didn't really stand out and wasn't awful.

there I suppose. All in all, won't be going back, which sucks since we used to love coming here.
