Terrible service and employees.Came here in the early morning of 11/26.Was told they could not honor my mobile order because the order showed up differently on their system.I ordered a southwest salad with grilled chicken but was told it showed up as crispy chicken.Was told if I want to get the one with grilled chicken, I would need to pay extra even after I showed them proof of my online order.

10/14/23 went in for lunch, the service was great, food came out fast and the best part it was cooked to perfection, presentation was on point.The cook deserves a raise, I was definitely happy and to get service with a smile at a fast food chain is hard to come by.You guys are doing a great job!!!

Don't use the drive thru! I ordered a kid's hamburger without ketchup or mustard. I asked to add Secret Sauce. I've been able to get it here before (when walking in).She told me they don't have Secret Sauce.I question that.It's a restaurant item most still carry.And this restaurant always has.So I asked her to put the ketchup and mustard back on.She didn't understand. I tried again.So she added mustard and closed my ticket. I had to get her attention and tell her it was wrong.She didn't know what to do.I said let's just cancel and start over.She canceled and then ignored me. Inside, pre-COVID, counter service was acceptable, but not noteworthy.
