All the employees were very attentive and kind.
Didn’t catch a name but Tie-dye shirt was the best! Food was great! Thank you!

The subs and salads are very good, and they have a wide variety of options.
The store is spacious and there is a good amount of booth seating.
The brownies are also quite tasty. That said, I was a little disappointed by the general cleanliness—there were crumbs and pieces of salad on numerous booth seats and one of the employees wiped off a knife covered in mayonnaise and mustard on their apron before cutting my friend’s chicken for their salad. All in all, this place is worth going to, but I hope they clean up their general hygienic practices and sweep/clean the seating area a bit more consistently.

I've been a loyal customer of this place For the better part of 10 years I'll go there every Friday for Roughly 8 months of the year I'll have an Austin Club large on wheat lately they have not felt the need to keep large wheat Hoagies in stock friday nights why is that ?? The service of this place is not what it used to be

Hey Izzy, Sorry to see about this but thanks for taking the time to give us feedback so we have an opportunity to follow up with you and the store about this.
Our bread is baked fresh each morning and ordered the day before which can open the store up for shortages like this when there are erratically busy days.
For what it's worth we have been setting new records that have been hard for the manager to keep ahead of.
That being said, running out of bread is not the type of consistency that we strive for and the office will work with him to get on top of this.
