It’s one of my amazing experiences in the subs, the ham & provolone:.Italian sub it’s also amazing with the mix on the top of the sandwich is epic, and the Sami is amazing with mountain Dew, and the cheese stakes are amazing crispy, and the team were friendly, experienced and helpful for doing the subs:.Definitely I’ll go back with repeating the good experience with good people ;)
Go to any other location but South Park Meadows, this one for some reason runs different. The sandwiches are MUCH smaller. I’d consider it a one-off, but then I’d be very disappointed that they saw how small the giant bread was and they still used it. The prices increased to just under $19 for a giant and I’m so mad that I got a sandwich a little larger than a normal regular. The quality control was just not there and it’s super disappointing. Last thing and this is just a pet peeve. I no longer leave a tip for any Jersey Mike’s because I have NEVER had my tip acknowledged before, whether it was take-out/dine-in or through the app. I cannot understand why any food service location does not require their employees to acknowledge when a customer leaves a tip. Anyway, I won’t be leaving one, so it doesn’t matter, but I thought you should know.

Can you email me at jmctx@att.net so I can get more info and review the cameras for the bread. We all get our bread from the same place and all have bread forms we use so the bread should all be the same size within less than an inch (if we leave it in proofer longer). We haven't had a price increase on our subs for awhile and our most expensive Giant - the California Club is 18.65 (which I'm guessing is what you got) but the rest range between 15.65-17.65 depending on what you are getting. Now of course a giant typically feeds 2-3 people. Tipping is up to the customer and I'll show the team your comment so that they do better acknowledging it as we train them to do - I agree with you on this.
I frequent this location more than any other and am very rarely if ever disappointed in my food or the service received.Jersey Mike's is easily one of my favorite sandwich shops. My only minor note is that I wish the location was just a touch bigger. We always dine in, and it feels a bit cramped at times if there's more than like 1 other table being used, but that likely can't be helped, so it is what it is.
