I asked for free food because my blood sugar was low I did not have my cash app card , my phone is not tap compatible.Nor was my card number able to be manually entered into the cash register as told to me by cashier .All the while experiencing a very scary and unsettling anxiety attack.I did mention that I am homeless.Just to be honest , clue to why don't have a physical card.Heck maybe a lil sympathy .I am not dirty I do not stink I am neat and put together nor was I begging for food that i did not have money for. So I approached other customers asking if I can send them money on cash app so they make the transaction for me using their card.It was successful I was able to receive my meal .So now I am a paying customer within every right of using the dining room at no time limit.I was told I was not to approach other customers."solicit"and I was only allowed to be in the dining room for 15 minutes.Her boss said that homeless people are not allowed to hang out.was repeatedly told that I had to leave.As a paying customer going through an experiencing a anxiety attack I told her I was not going anywhere anytime soon and I will sit here until I feel safe and comfortable enough to walk away.Homeless or not discrimination against my housing status should not change the amount of time I'm allowed to be in the dining room.She never asked if I was okay never asked if I needed medical help or 911 services.Knocked on the bathroom door after less than 1 minute of using the facilities reminding me that I needed to leave.She literally kept repeating she hears me but I can't be here we are not allowed to hang out.I had every single right to CHILL ! if that's what I felt like doing .Nowhere in the lobby is it posted that time is limited.It was me myself and one other customer inside eating.Lisa should be more compassionate. not follow customers around the restaurant harassing them.

I ordered a jackrabbit crispy classic in a small curly fry at 10:20.Still don't have my food and it's 10:41.I have to catch a bus in 8 minutes.There's a manager and another girl having a conversation the whole time.Never asked me if I needed help.

This one of the few Jack in the Box's still serving customers in the Austin area .Prices have increased as have all fast food chain's pricing.But with the increased pricing, quality has drastically improved, especially with the new buns they have on their sandwiches.
