I had an incredible lunch at Indian Pueblo Kitchen during my trip to Albuquerque! The blue corn enchiladas were a fantastic choice, bursting with flavors, especially with the spicy red sauce! 🌶️ My friend enjoyed the bison stew, which was tender and rich in flavor.
Plus, don’t skip on the bread pudding for dessert - it’s truly to die for! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with friendly service that made us feel welcomed.
