This place was so fire I ate here almost everyday while in town. I found this place before visiting NM & was pleasantly surprised by the selections.
This is the most authentic North American restaurant l've ever heard of or been to. All of the servers & staff are nice & on point.
The wait is short, the food comes out fast, & the portions are huge. I brought my friend here & we came back multiple times to stuff our faces.
It was amazing food that you can't get anywhere but here. Definitely worth a stop or 3.

Stopped here for lunch during our girls trip! The fried pickles caught our eye but honestly didn't really taste like much besides the corn breading.
I got the blue corn enchiladas with green and red sauce.
The red sauce is pretty spicy, so be aware if you have no tolerance.
The flavors are all there and the cheese was so good.
My friend got the taste of the pueblos stews and again the red soup was preeetty spicy.
She says the bison one was flavorful with the tender meat.

The food was absolutely delicious! Fresh salad, beans and squash make my mouth water just thinking about it.
And the blue corn enchiladas were the best.
I had the bread pudding for dessert, and it is to die for.
Everyone, from the greater, to Mark my waiter, to the manager went out of their way to make me feel cared for and make my lunch experience great.
I can't wait until my next visit.
