Wonderful food, great atmosphere! We were barely hungry after a late lunch, but were drawn in by their offerings.
Everything was delicious, our waiter offered numerous nightly specials, special soups, apps, and entrees.
I wanted to order the Rack of Lamb, but knew I wasn’t hungry enough to put a dent in it.
Another time, for sure, because we certainly will return!

What a wonderful little hidden gem Seared Bistro turned out to be! We enjoyed every course, but the poached pear dessert with the dessert wine pairing was simply magical! A must try for everyone.
Our server Christopher was fantastic as well.
He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming and made our dining experience top notch.
We will be back for sure!
