I recently dined at Red & Green in Sawmill Market and had a mixed experience. The casual atmosphere was inviting, and their staff were friendly and accommodating. I ordered the enchiladas with ground beef, expecting a burst of flavors, but sadly, they lacked seasoning.

The beans and rice felt bland as well, disappointing given the rich culinary heritage of New Mexican cuisine. However, the value for the quantity was a bit steep - $25 for a small enchilada plate. 🌮

While the service was commendable, I’m hoping for a significant upgrade in their menu offerings next time!
