Ordered online and picked up at time, we love fajitas in ihop, with a sides of extra crispy hash browns. And this time we ordered chocolate chip chocolate pancakes 🥞, they were really good with lots of chocolate and chips. Also ordered cinnamon balls with the dip of cheese, (also had a option of caramel dip) they tasted good too, very similar to Taco Bell cinnamon balls but they got their taste.
2/13/24 Curtis gave us excellent service today. Our food came out hot and cooked perfectly. We made sure to personally compliment the cook on our way out.The pancakes were fluffy (as they should be) and loaded with chocolate chips. The over medium eggs were done as ordered. My Colorado omelet came to me exactly as ordered.(Minus ham, substituted spinach) This location has restored our loyalty.
I've eaten at a few IHOPs and usually get the same thing, the big steak omelet.I don't know what was different this time, but this food was plain disgusting. The omelet tasted just as bad as it looked and as you can see, it looked bad.The omlet was tasteless, except for the taste of grease.Yes it was super greasy.Every part of it.The egg part didn't taste good either, (something had an unsavory aftertaste).I opted to get the waffle instead of the pancakes, and the waffle was slightly warm, as though it had sat for a while. My cousin got a chicken and hashbrown biscuit. It had no cheese, barely any hashbrowns, barely any gravy and the buiscut crumbled apart, while being cold and hard. In terms of the service, no one was rude, but it felt like no one cared about the food, it didn't feel like a welcoming atmosphere. Maybe we came in on a bad day, but I'll never find out.I cant recommend this IHOP to anyone. If you are starving and dead set on this experience, go for it.Everyone else, just save yourselves money and go somewhere else.I got to spend $20 for my omelet, and waffle with water experience and I already miss that 20$.
