Don't go to IHOP too often but wanted to be lazy this morning from cooking.
Picked this new location close to us.
A bit difficult to find as minimal roadside signs but had a general idea of location.
The service was very friendly and the waitress took real nice care of us and was attentive.
The food was great and made fresh with my substitution I made.
Will be back again.

Arrived was given a 10-15 min window to sit a party of 5 down.
After about 20 mins I see large tables available.
I ask how much longer to wait for our table.
I am told another 10-15 mins.
Was told per manager Maria there are tables but we need to give time to the kitchen to catch up.
Having 2 kids with me I ask if we can be seated, provided drinks as we wait.
Very nice host asks Maria who says no, cannot be seated and again need to continue waiting….still waiting while the dinning area is empty.

The restaurant was clean, and the front of house staff was awesome!! We got seated quickly, and our server Sasha was attentive and kind.
The only downfall was the slow pace of the kitchen.
It took us upwards of 30 minutes to get our food-- Sasha explained that the FOH keeps getting sat but the kitchen is so low staffed food was taking forever.
I would suggest the management take a moment to staff their kitchen.
