I want to first say that I didn’t look at the reviews before going.While there we were seated fairly quickly.But found ourselves siting for more then 20 minutes before someone even came to take our order.The manager (I’m assuming) happened to walk by and asked if we had our order taken.We said no and she then took the order.To tell the truth we were seconds from getting up and leaving to go next door to Popeyes.😡 She brought out our coffee which by the way the carafe seemed to have shrunken.I think it only made two damn cups of coffee 😫 We waited an additional twenty minutes and still no food 🤬.At this point we were invested.Again I wanted to say F it and just walk out but tried to give them the benefit of doubt.They eventually brought out the food in pieces with was even more annoying.We had to ask for water.My girlfriends build a omelet was missing items she requested.Like WTH The food looked decent but not hot at all.They really need to either hire more staff or revamp the process-in how they run.I felt really bag for the manager because it seemed she was overwhelmed with her having to do EVERYTHING.We ended up leaving her tip regardless of the bad experience Would we go back probably NOT.I advise you to be mindful if you do go.Over all I ga e them two stars for her efforts

Horrible service since you enter this place, if you are in a rush or trying to enjoy a meal do not come here these people don’t care about their job or you!!! The eggs were horrible, I just got one piece of bacon when I was supposed to get 2, the food got to my table cold and with the butter all melted already and so far they have the worst and most disgusting hash browns ever, no mention that the lady serving us didn’t even bother to come by after she took the order and someone else had to bring the food.

We had over a hour wait for the late night take out.We got there maybe after 1am and didn’t leave until almost 3am.I ordered waffles then the explain the machine broke down with give me extra to make up for that.I got home I was missing my side order of large fries and the pancakes they gave with my chicken tenders was still raw on the inside and the extra pancakes they tried to compensate me was very raw to and you could tell by just looking at it that wasn’t cooked properly.The service there is horrible.You had two female servers that were swooping taking orders and serving those dining in.One had one glove on that she never took off serving everyone and helping with plating up the food and taking money, while plating one of the cover fell on the floor and she picked it up and still covered the food with that dirty cover.the other one had two gloves on taking money, serving others and plating up.They both were touching clean and dirty things.Never changed the gloves or washed their hands.I work in a nursing home in the kitchen and I don’t do that.One of the was so tired she forgot if you ordered or didn’t order, who ordered what so some orders were messed up.I’m not even from this state I was an out of state visitor.I was so hungry and driving back and forth trying to find some where to eat at that point nothing else opened at that time I had no choice but to eat my dry chicken tenders she forgot to give me my sauce (hot sauce) for the tenders.My friend was not pleased with the service either.It was horrible and I’m very ashamed that is happening.Everyone needs their job.But this establishment needs to review it cleanliness.Good thing I didn’t dine in person I would not have seen what was going on behind the scenes.Please do better especially it looks black owned.
