The quality of this restaurant is absolutely abhorrent, from the low quality service to the low to mid quality food.Upon entry, the initial wait time for my family and I to get tended to was an astonishing 25 minutes followed by another 50 minutes after ordering waiting for our food to get served. The service was not entirely bad, but for the most part, they were all lazily working, taking their time, and not tending to their customers; my family waited the entire time to get a refill on our cups of coffee, and not once during our entire 2 hour stay did we get served a refill. The quality of the food was low to mid quality, and you could see that the ingredients were not fresh. The restaurant as a whole was not entirely bad, but I would not recommend eating here as the place is overpriced, and the tips they charge are absolutely crazy for the terrible service they offered.I would not recommend eating here unless you’re going for “the aesthetic”, even then, save your money and eat somewhere else, thank you.
Didn’t like that my chips were old n not fresh until I asked for another batch.I had a taco dinner n added guacamole, sad I didn’t take the pic of the amount of 🥑 they put on my tacos literally on top of the tacos.U can see the 🥑 in the picture just imagine it on top of the tacos. The best part was the freshly made mango juice. But I’m not completely turned off.I will give them another try because the food was good
Came back from the Museum of Science and Industry, and came upon this restaurant 5 min away.Very delicious Mexican food at a great price.Service was a bit slow since there was only one person, but that didn't matter because of how delicious the food was. Complimentary home made tortilla chips and spicy salsa de molcajete were very good.I suggest you try their Bistec A La Mexicanna as the chopped grilled steak is seasoned very well.Handmade tortilla was also very good.
