I recently visited Hong Kong Express in Macon for a quick bite, and it was a mixed experience. The Home Style Bean Cake was the highlight - big chunks of fried tofu and veggies in a delicious brown sauce for just $10.50! The portion was generous.

However, my husband's sesame chicken lacked veggies and felt a bit off compared to what we expected.

With its casual vibe and affordability, it has potential. Hopefully, they can improve consistency! I might give it another shot for takeout. 🍜 What do you think?
