The cashier at drive thru was coughing and sneezing, and with the same hand she was handling our food and drinks.
I threw out my food .
This was first and it is my last visit to these captain d’s.
The food is horrible and you pay so much money for a little bit of food.
I should have went home and ate

On Friday (8/30/2024) we waited in the drive thru line over 40 minutes to be told that the system was down and they couldn't complete the order once we got to the window.
They should have put something outside to keep people from ordering.

I have never gotten food this good from such a smiling and friendly window attendent at ANY Captain Ds befor.
And they got a 100 on their inspection report.
Good job guys.
My order was right, fresh and I will for sure be going back to this restaurant.
My only complaint, they have a pretty treacherous drive-thru.
No dullys recommended.
