Arby's

This is absolutely the worst Arby’s in middle Ga.
Don’t go here.
I had to repeat my order 3 times and even then they still did not get it right at all.
The food was not good at all and looked like it was prepped poorly and fast just so they could get people moving.
Don’t go here.

They have posted on the door the dining area is open till 10 pm it's only 9pm and they have the doors locked and the employee is sitting in customer view on their phone.

I must admit that I do not go to Arby's that much just got tired of the hamburgers and fries and wanted something different.
I can tell when I walked in the door that this wasn't going to be your normal burger and fry joint.
I visited the restaurant around 5:30 or 6 pm on a Friday evening and I seen the manager on the front register, another lady on the drive thru, and one gentleman in the back make sandwiches for both sides, they were going to need some help.
The manager would occasionally pop in the kitchen to help make sandwiches but you know what? This team had the best attitude about the situation I have ever seen.
I guess they figure complaining wouldn't going to help the situation and it would only make matters worse.
As you can see in the photo the health food score are wonderfully and the food is great.
Everyone did what they had to, to make customer experience better although they were at a advantage.
